The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They spoke English well and were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the best things about staying here was the included transport from the airport. It was such a convenient bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. We loved being able to explore the shops, temples, and eateries nearby. Plus, the hotel owner even prepared a traditional Chinese tea ceremony for the guests, which was a unique and special experience.

The price for the ride to the train station wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. It would have been better if we had known the cost in advance so that we could have made arrangements accordingly.

This boutique hotel is the best I've ever stayed in. Jenny,who is the boss of hotel was exceptionally hospitality, she almost arrange everything I need, for example : my biking tour, driver for tour & places to eat & ect... The hotel is so clean, cosy, modern with antique design & far away from noises with perfect location & also comfortable too. I feels like staying at home. The room rate is very well worth it. I will stay again with no doubt. The stuff is so helpful with smiley faces too. Especially two beautiful girls who run this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience staying at a boutique hotel in the charming town of Shuhe. the location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the old town. the friendly owner, Amanda, went above and beyond to ensure my family's comfort and provided helpful assistance throughout our stay. the rooms were cozy and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the mountains. the delicious breakfast and snacks provided were a delightful bonus. the hotel provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The transportation service to the train station could benefit from clearer pricing arrangements in advance.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room I stayed in had a stunning mountain view and was very cozy. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, including big towels and nice toiletries. The location was perfect, with seats both inside and outside the room to enjoy the beautiful views. The inyard was also a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff even helped with arranging local ground transportation at a cheaper price.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The breakfast was decent and filling, and the staff was very friendly. the location made it easy to access shops and restaurants. the free bike rentals were a nice touch.

The room was small and dingy, with old furniture and questionable cleanliness. the air conditioning seemed to be barely working, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
